- Have your kids cook with you. Teach them good cooking etiquette and good cooking habits like baking instead of frying.
- Teach them good hygiene.
- Take them to local markets or when I was a kid I remember we used to go apple picking.
- Let them make their own lunches and help them find new healthier alternatives.
- School sports are great but sports for fun are even better when they get to spend it with you. Bike rides, or paddle boats!
- Have open communication as their body grows it goes through changes. As you get older your body changes. Helping them understand themselves and letting them have open conversations with you will help you have a better understanding about your health and theirs.
A family that gets healthy together stays together!
