Did you wash your hands? Seriously! Some of the worst ways to have your fitness routine set back is to forget to make sure to use proper hygiene. This is the cold and flu season. You don't want to be out of the gym, or your training sessions for so long by the time you get back you need to start all over. Plus you want your body working at maximum capacity to protect it and keep it safe especially during this season!
