In an effort to eat healthier, try using plain yogurt more often. Yogurt contains protein, calcium (which some studies are showing to reduce body fat), vitamin B-2, B-12, potassium and magnesium. In addition, most yogurt contains active cultures, known as probiotics which are a good type of bacteria that aid in digestion.
Make yogurt a daily habit, try yogurt instead of sour cream, or putting some in your next smoothie, or just having a cup of yogurt with the sliced fruit of your choice! My favorite is greek yogurt, which is a little bit thicker and just slightly tangy.
Just about any grocery store with a dairy aisle will have plain yogurt, so why not try today!
