Navigating the Grocery Aisle

The grocery aisles are the hardest to navigate through when you are trying to eat healthy. Here are some great tips to get you started on navigating the grocery aisles.

1- Grab the lower calorie, sugar free, fat free options always!

2- Bring a grocery list so you are prepared. If you google grocery list you can download great ones that break it down from dairy aisle to cleaning products.

3- Bring cash and leave your CC at home. If you have a list and you only have cash you won't be tempted to buy whats not on that list.

4- Eat a healthy meal before you come to the supermarket. The fact is when you are hungry you will buy things you don't need because they look appetizing and you have not eaten.
