Power Packed Smoothie Recipe:
Protein Powder - Banana
Peanut Butter
Ice
Fat Free Milk or Soy Milk
Mix protein powder, with 1-2 tbs of peanut butter, ice, and milk. Blend in a blender and serve cold.
Great after workouts or mid day lunch!
