- Exercise at a level where you are releasing more energy that the amount of food that you ate.
- When exercising keep focused understanding that you do need a reasonable amount of time to be able to burn fat.
- Ask your trainer or when working out do exercises that are going to help you increase those wonderful lean muscle tissues.
- If you exercise one week and not the next your not doing your body justice. Exercise enough to affect your metabolism meaning work out often enough for your body to notice and so you start seeing results.
