Winter Hibernation

Don't hibernate this winter. The cold weather is the perfect time to step up your workouts. The kids are back in school. Your back in a groove and it's now or never. Take the time to give yourself a little something before the holidays its called a better you!

The body is an amazing thing. You can literally sculpt it like clay and make it look just the way you want. The only difference is it takes a little more time and it is a little bit harder but same concept.

Fight the Winter Blues and Hibernation with these fit tips:

- Put your alarm clock as far away from your bed as possible so when it rings you have to get up to shut it off.

- Get those workout clothes ready and place them at your bedside so when you get off your bed you step right on them.

- Set that coffee machine and switch it out for green tea. Green tea is a great way to burn fat and it is a great starter in the morning verses coffee. You can brew tea the same way you brew coffee. So set the automatic coffee maker to brew your tea.

- The New Year is 3 months away wouldn't it be great to start the New Year off finally with a fitter you? Start the resolutions early and set a realistic goal to reach by the time the clock hits midnight and it turns into 2011.

- Sit down with your trainer and discuss your goals. They are there to listen help them help you make a commitment that you can keep and let them push you and don't give up.
