Don't Hold Back
Get the most out of your workouts by committing to each and every rep for each and every second that you are in the gym. Think about it the next time you go into the gym. Are you giving it everything you’ve got? Are you pushing for that one extra rep? Are you trusting your trainer to put you through an awesome workout? Or are you just counting down the minutes until ‘stretch time’?
You have goals, and the trainers at Fitness Together Capitol Hill are here to help you achieve those goals by providing a safe yet challenging workout. Ultimately though, only you know if you are giving a 100% effort. A high intensity workout will put your body in a calorie burning zone, but slacking may lead to lackluster results... so keep striving to achieve your goals and remember that every one of those reps is taking you one step closer to the goal that you’ve set for yourself- don’t hold back!
