It’s summer; vacations abound. Don’t let all the hard work that you’ve put into your fitness get swallowed up by a week off vacationing! Here is a workout that you can do ANYWHERE... ANYTIME! So no excuses right?
1 min Jumping Jacks
10 pushups
10 squat jumps (just like it sounds, squat down, jump up, repeat!)
30 crunches
10 superman (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIJ2rcEsaUc )
1 min run (run in place if you are stuck inside)
1 min plank
Complete this circuit 3-5 times (no rest between exercises!) and you’ll have yourself a quick 15-30 minute workout that will let you take one step forward in your vacation without taking two steps back in your fitness goals.
